Past Experiences: I have been the co-owner of a server, manager of a server, and head admin, and regular mod. I have played TTT since the early days!

Why do I want to be staff?
I would like to be staff to benefit you and the server. I love your server and it is a real help. I am always bored and turn to your server! Most of the staff and players are nice,and there is never too many or too little people on. Plugins and textures are smooth and it is very short loading time. I love the server and donated. I have to mention too, that I am always on late at night when no mods are on and RDM and other rule breaks run crazy and free. It irritates me to have to deal with that and see it happen all the time... and no mods are ever on as late as me, only players who break rules and don't give two craps about the rules. That's all. PS:
I know the rules, play ONLY on your server whenever Im online (gmod is what I only play, I am a nice player who never starts arguments, I always report cheaters and rule breakers, and NO! I AM NOT AN HOUR FARMER! I just love the game and server! I made good friends with lots of players and staff and am usually listened to and well respected!

Hour farming is when you go afk on the server for the purpose of getting hours on gametracker. You stay on the server while you aren't actually playing to gain hours so you can get ranks and apply for staff without actually doing any of the work.

Never seen you or Andy... Whenever I'm on I am always playing and ALWAYS call people out on rules. I couldnt post in STAFF APPLICATIONS because it is locked. And I just love the game and server means that I love to play on the server and it is the only one I play on so thats how I have hours!

You don't need a game tracker account. It automatically tracks hours regardless of what your situation is

"NO! I AM NOT AN HOUR FARMER!" You're lying.  Few days ago I saw you on for 12 hours at 3AM in spectator mode. I don't have any screenshot proof you can easily ask: DaliaTM, Man Spider, A cat playing video games (just a few) that can agree that they also noticed this. 

I only played one T game with you and hardly seen you play at all.

-Doesn't have the minimum hour requirements to apply for staff. This is because of hour farming for approximately 12 hours.
-Posted this in the wrong discussion.
= At least he knows the rules and what he's doing as he plays, plus donated to the server.
= Not many people know you well (nor do I), try socializing more on the server to gain reputation and trust from others.
-Invalidating a non-staff member's vouch. Although maybe staff vouches can impact a lot, non-staff vouches are really important because they tend to represent other trustworthy members of the community and see who you are (as a potential staff) in different perspectives. Please do take in consideration of every single vouch they give you to see what things you have to improve.

Players can vouch for new staff as well, although the vote isn't taken into account unless it is many users.
